Patient Portal Information for Minor Accounts Ages 13-17
Patient Health Portal is an online service of Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems. The portal empowers patients to take an active role in managing their health.
The service grants patients access to their health results, visit summaries, lab results, and upcoming appointments.
The portal contains information starting on December 11th, 2017 to present. If you need information prior to this date, please contact our Health Information’s Department at 785-738-2266.

We now offer the ability for you to securely connect some of the health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.) to your health record.
