Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems partners with Revenue Cycle Specialists, Inc. (RCS) to manage billing and payments efficiently.

What RCS does:

• Sends itemized statements
• Handles billing inquiries
• Processes payments
• Manages payment arrangements

Payment options:

• Make checks payable to Revenue Cycle Specialists
• Mail payments to: PO Box 2532, Grand Island, NE 68802
• Pay online securely at consumer.revenuecyclespecialists.net
• Call RCS to set up payment plans: 308-398-3955 or 844-836-8321 (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central)

Financial Assistance

We provide emergency and medically necessary care on a nonprofit, non-discriminatory basis. Our financial assistance program supports low-income patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or ineligible for Medicaid or other coverage.

You may qualify if:

• You lack insurance or your insurance does not cover needed care
• You are ineligible for Medicaid or other insurance programs
• Meeting specifications required as it relates to poverty level

If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, call 785-738-9502 to set up a payment plan. To apply for financial assistance, complete the Application for Financial Assistance and return it to our office.
