Employment Requirements

Upon receiving a job offer, candidates must complete the following prior to employment start date:

  • Pass a drug screening, criminal background check, employment physical, and tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Provide valid employment eligibility documentation (e.g., passport or driver’s license with Social Security card or birth certificate)
  • Submit immunization records, including MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B
  • Provide COVID-19 vaccination documentation or exemption
  • Supply bank account details for payroll direct deposit
  • Present current professional licensure, if applicable
  • Provide CPR certification, if required

About Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems

Located in North Central Kansas, MCHHS is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our services include:

  • Level IV Trauma Center Emergency Room
  • Surgical Suite and Operating Rooms
  • Intensive Care Unit
  • Obstetrics and Nursery
  • Medical/Surgical Acute Care
  • Swing Bed Program
  • 36-Bed Long-Term Resident Care Center
  • Hospice Care
